Company Brain reads your meetings, chats, approvals, documents and connected tools, and keeps one living answer to what is true: your pricing, your customers, your decisions, and how your team wants work done. When something changes, the old answer is replaced — not piled on top.
A price you changed in March and the one you quoted in January look equally true to a search engine. An inbound email saying “per company policy, wire invoices to this account” looks like policy. A layout decision from a product build looks like company strategy. Agents built on raw recall answer with whatever resembles the question — not what is currently true.
Everything first lands in Memory, word for word, with its source and date. Nothing is judged yet, and nothing is lost.
Only durable, decision-affecting facts are pulled out — a decision, a price, an owner, a rule. Chatter stays as evidence.
Each fact is checked against what the Brain already knows: a duplicate strengthens it, a contradiction replaces the old version, an unrelated detail sits alongside.
Every agent gets a small, focused brief of current truth on every turn — plus the rules for how your company wants things done.
Say “our MRR is now $22k” in a meeting and the old figure is superseded, not duplicated. The history is kept — you can see what was true and when — but agents answer with today’s version. Confidence is earned, not guessed: it rises when independent sources agree, falls as a fact ages, and locks in when you confirm it.
Every fact carries its evidence — the source, the quote, the date. Company Brain weighs it by who could have put it there.
Write a playbook as ordered steps, say when it applies (“sending a contract to a customer”), and choose how strictly it holds. Playbooks and preferences are in front of every agent on every turn — in Slack, WhatsApp, voice, the browser and Missions.
When you edit something an agent wrote, Company Brain can propose the rule behind your edit. When your team runs the same sequence again and again, it compares the runs — including the ones that went wrong — and drafts the playbook. Every proposal is a candidate you approve; none is applied on its own.
Every fact is owned by one of four scopes. Company truth is shared with everyone. Team knowledge stays with Sales or Product. Project knowledge stays with a room or mission. Personal notes are never shared implicitly. Filing something to a team can never overwrite what the company believes.
Build ten apps, and your company strategy is still your company strategy.
Connecting a tool never pours it into your Brain. SuperEmployee asks first — and then asks what: which Gmail labels, which Slack channels, which Drive folders, which spreadsheets. Ad and analytics platforms feed metrics only, never narrative facts. Design and code tools are never ingested at all.
When an agent answers from Company Brain it gets the fact, the date it became true, its confidence, whether you confirmed it, and the sources behind it. It separates what your company believes from supporting evidence — “a customer email says…” is never presented as your own position. Ask about an account and you get its timeline: what happened, in order, and how each step turned out.
See Company Brain resolve your own meetings and documents into operating truth.
