Sources never get mixed.
Anyone can email your company, so Memory never treats outside material as your own voice. Every memory is labelled by origin, and agents attribute it when they use it — “a customer email says…”, not “we believe…”. Incoming text is screened for hidden instructions before it is stored.

Isolation is enforced in the database on every read — one company can never retrieve another’s memory. Inside your company, memory is scoped too: company, team, project or personal. A personal note is never shared implicitly, and a room’s build detail stays in that room instead of leaking into company-wide answers.

When Company Brain draws a claim from Memory and you reject it, the sentence it came from is taken out of what agents recall. The original stays on record — the email really was received — but it is no longer served as company context. You can also add, edit and delete memories directly.
