What is a credit?
Credits are how SuperEmployee measures work. 100 credits cost $1. Simple things — a question, a reply on WhatsApp — take a few credits; heavy things like building an app or generating video take more, because they cost more to run.
One pool of credits for your whole team.
Every company starts with 1,000 free credits, once. Each thing your SuperEmployee does uses a few credits — here is what typical work costs.

Credits, plainly.
Who uses the credits?
Your whole team shares one pool. Each Team tier includes a number of members; more people doing more work simply uses the pool faster, and a bigger tier brings more of both.
What happens when I run out?
If an admin turned on auto top-up, a credit pack is bought and work carries on. Otherwise your SuperEmployee pauses new work and your admins are told — nothing is lost and nothing is charged. Move up a tier, or on a Team plan add a credit pack, and it carries on. Anything already running finishes.
Is my first video free?
Yes. Your first guided film is always delivered. If it costs more than the credits you have, we cover the difference and your balance ends at zero, never below.
Do meetings use credits?
Yes, on every plan: the notetaker is priced per hour it records, in the table above.
Do unused credits expire?
Monthly plan credits roll over for 1 month, then expire. Credit packs last 12 months. Free credits are given once and never expire. If you cancel, plan credits end with the period you paid for. The credits closest to expiring are always used first.
Why do some things cost more?
Each action is priced from what it actually costs to run — the AI model, the phone line, the video generator. That is why a video costs more than a chat reply, and why you only pay for what your team actually uses.
Are taxes included?
Prices exclude taxes, which are calculated at checkout from your billing address. Businesses can add a VAT or GST ID to the invoice.
